This study will be conducted over two consecutive days:

• Day 1 (Pre-intervention): You will complete demographic questions and mood questionnaires.
• Day 2 (Post-intervention): You will complete a walking intervention, provide heart rate measurements, and complete mood questionnaires again.

Your participation is voluntary and you may withdraw at any time. All data will be kept confidential and anonymous.
